”I was initially a bit apprehensive about having cosmetic surgery on my eyelids (my wife insisted), but I was certainly relieved after I read her credentials and decided to schedule an appointment for a consultation. Her credentials and obvious surgery skills are important factors when considering surgery, but her personality and listening skills were the deciding factors that convinced me that I found the right doctor. The surgery she performed was exactly what I asked for. I could not be more happy than I am at the results. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is interested in this type of cosmetic procedure. One more thing—a few days after my stitches were removed, I very aggressively rubbed my left eye and a small area of my procedure opened which required me to call Dr Braunstein’s office. Two hours later I was in her office to have her restitch the small area. Please know that it was Dr Braunstein’s day off but she didn’t hesitate to see me asap to remedy my carelessness. I was incredibly embarrassed but Dr. Braunstein was as polite as ever and made me feel as comfortable as the day we met. Again, I wouldn’t hesitate for one second in recommending her.

”I can't thank Dr. Braunstein and her team enough for what they did for me. I had a droopy eyelid that was covering almost a half of my pupil. As a result, my vision got worse and I started getting headaches. I went to see Dr. Braunstein for a second opinion and was very pleased. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Braunstein took her time to evaluate me and was able to answer all the questions regarding my diagnosis, surgery, and the recovery process. This is not the place where you feel rushed. They genuinely care about the patient's well-being.

”Dr. Braunstein is great! She treated me for blocked tear ducts as a result of chemo treatments. She removed the temporary stents today and for the first time in several months the excessive tearing has stopped and I am able to see clearly again.
